General Terms of Sales and Delivery AromaZorg Zuster®

Read these terms well before placing your order.
Product sales
- Orders
1.1. Your orders will be received and processed by AromaCare Nurse under the name of AromaZorg Zuster, Wernhoutseweg 142, 4884 MD Wernhout, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Breda under number: 82271240. VAT number: NL 003663025B44.
1.2. By placing your order at AromaZorg Zuster you accept and agree with these terms and conditions.
1.3. All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT and excusive of postage and packaging fees.
1.4. AromaZorg Zuster supplies consumers in The Netherlands. For those abroad we will try to accomodate your request as best we can and inform you accordingly. Postage fees depend on size, weight and shipment address (the particular country) for registered mail.
1.5. Orders places as consumer order by professional users or retailers cannot be returned or credited.
1.6. Please place orders through email only. We cannot process telephone orders or requests through social media messenger services. You can cancel your order with no consequences within 24h after placing it. After this, your order is final and we have a legally binding sales agreement.
- Payment and payment options
2.1. Consumers and individual health care professionals are required to pay in full in advance. Health care facilities and health care organisations, as well as retailers in The Netherlands will be invoiced after delivery. Those abroad are required to pay in advance, unless AromaZorg Zuster has made special agreements with them.
2.2. Upon emailing your order to AromaZorg Zuster we will send you a link to our payment partner(s). In most cases that partner is Mollie Payments, where you can choose an appropriate option, from Ideal through Bancontact to credit card.
2.3. Advance payment through our bank – You have the option of transferring the full sum for the order to our bank account, which will be stated on your confirmation email.
As soon as the payment is received and we are notified by the bank (which can take a few days, especially with foreign banks) we will process the order and send you the articles.
2.4. Payment afterwards – If there is a special agreement between you and AromaZorg Zuster, you may receive the invoice afterwards from us, or through our invoicing partner Finovion.
2.5. If our payment term is not met, AromaZorg Zuster is entitled to charge the extrajudicial collection costs, without further notice of default, with a minimum of € 60, as well as 1% interest from the due date, with a maximum of the then applicable legal interest rate.
This is separate from any other expenses AromaZorg Zuster needs to make to collect the outstanding amount.
2.6. Unless we receive proof to the contrary, the invoice and the associated administrative data serve as complete proof on the basis of which the person liable for payment is obliged to proceed to payment.
- Order delivery
3.1. Orders are usually sent by Dutch Postal Services or, if that is not possible, by another transport company or courier service to the delivery address provided.
3.2. For orders delivered within The Netherlands a contribution in postage and packaging costs is required, depending on the total amount. These fees are: € 4,95 in The Netherlands per package/letterbox package. When the order exceeds €100,- AromaZorg Zuster takes over the postage and packing costs for shipment within The Netherlands.
3.3. For orders beyond the borders of The Netherlands fees are determined by the country we need to ship to and the size and weight of the package. This will be clearly communicated in advance to the receiver.
3.4. Usually, orders are delivered within 1 or 2 working days after sending them through regular post. Delivery times for abroad are highly variable and out of our control. Especially in Covid time we do not guarantee any specific delivery date, but we will do our best to have your order with you as soon as we can.
3.5. We will ship your order as soon as we can but cannot guarantee next day delivery. We are a modest company with limited logistics. When it is of the utmost importance to receive your order as quickly as possible, please tell us, so we can work towards a solution.
3.6. AromaZorg Zuster limits its responsibility as to the state of the package to those delivered within The Netherlands.
We cannot be held responsible for arrival or not, or damage or missing parts of/in the shipment beyond the Dutch borders for orders sent in an enveloppe or letterbox box.
3.7. Products which have not been paid for (in full) remain the property of AromaZorg Zuster until the costs are paid in full.
- Right of withdrawal (for consumer orders only)* (for returns, see art 5)
4.1. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days. This 14 day period commences the day after the goods have been received. If you wish to cancel your order under these regulations this must be received in writing either by email or letter. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone or social media messenger services of any kind. Under these regulations AromaZorg Zuster must receive all goods within 14 days. All goods returned are at your expense. Goods must be unopened, unused, in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
4.2. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@aromazorgzuster.nl or call +31 651 497 284, and before we have packed or dispatched the goods to you. If your goods have already been dispatched, you can return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.
4.3. By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to AromaZorg Zuster. If you fail to return the goods we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.
4.4. Goods paid in advance on the basis of consumer right to withdraw will be paid back to you as soon as possible, but within a 14 day term after reception of the cancellation.
4.5. Excluded from Right to Withdraw are products made especially to the wishes of the buyer (consumer, professional, retailer, health care facility).
* The Right of Withdawal does not apply to health care professionals, retailers or health care facilities and health care organisations.
- Returns
5.1. AromaZorg Zuster offers the highest level of quality and we hope that our clients are satisfied with our products.
5.2. Under certain circumstances you can return an order or part of an order. Please notify us within 24h of reception on your wish to use the return policy.
5.3. Complaints about delivery, breakage, damage, missing items etc., must be reported by email within 24 hours after delivery, with documentation such as photo. We try to resolve errors as quickly as possible. If minor damage has occurred, lower than the cost of resending (lower than € 8.50), we are entitled to credit these products or, if desired, to (re)send them with a subsequent order. Shortages must be reported within 72 hours. After that, we can no longer check or correct anything.
5.4. We also need relevant information on the products or order such as the invoice number and the reason for returning. We will then contact you to make arrangements, and will a give you a Returns Authorisation Number. Please ensure that this number is clearly marked on correspondence enclosed with the return package. We recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for returns that fail to reach us.
5.5. You can return the product(s) to us within 14 calendar days, unopened, undamaged and re-salable, and well packed with relevant documentation such as the original (or copy of the) invoice.
5.6. As soon as we have received the returned product(s) we will judge its condition and notify you on the status and offered a solution.
- Using our products
6.1. AromaCare and aromatherapy products are no replacement for adequate medical and/or nursing care.
6.2. All our products are well labeled or offer a leaflet for safe and adequate use. AromaZorg Zuster accepts no responsibility for how you use the information provided. You must consult with your doctor or trained Aromatherapist before starting any new treatment or if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. AromaZorg Zuster offers no medical advice and nothing contained on its pages intends or claims to be professional medical advice.
- Disputes
7.1. All disputes of any nature, which concern or are related to an agreement subject to these terms and conditions, will be brought before the competent Dutch court in the district of Breda, The Netherlands. Dutch law is applicable.
8. Right to amendment
8.1. AromaZorg Zuster reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
